The story


Nikon Corporation is a multinational with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, that specializes in optical equipment and image technology. More widely known for its high-quality cameras, Nikon is set to launch its new Z-series at Photokina.



We wanted to create an interactive and inspirational brand environment where aspiring and established imaging professionals can experience how Nikon’s latest products and technologies can help them grow in photography and film.



Tausch introduced visitors to the inspirational world of Nikon, with the most beautiful images and films created by the best photographers and videographers. Every part of the stand was designed to create the ideal Nikon experience. With inspiring speakers, workshops, demonstrations, and interactive activations.



The focal point of the stand was a huge 5.5-metre-tall tree with forty screens. The tree served as a metaphor for Nikon’s strong roots, which help consumers express themselves through stunning photos and films. Dancing interactive robots demonstrated the versatility and distinction of Nikon cameras. Beautiful high-resolution images captured by Nikon cameras were displayed on 8K screens and a large speakers’ arena was created to accommodate and inspire 140 guests.
