'The movement of water' at ISH 2025
An exhibition stand as a work of art. For the international sanitary specialist Jaquar, ISH 2025 was all about luxury and brand experience. Their ambition? To position themselves as a high-end player in the European market. To achieve that, they wanted to surprise once again with a trade show booth design that went far beyond product presentation. Each year, we create a unique experience around their product range. This year’s central theme: ‘the movement of water’ translated into glass, light and sound.

Think
What if water could move people?
Jaquar is all about water. So why not make it the starting point of the experience? For ISH 2025, we turned the movement of water into a creative concept for a 576 m² brand experience. Not by literally putting a shower on a pedestal, but by creating an environment where movement, reflection, sound and light continuously changed the way visitors experienced the space. Thanks to our early involvement, we enriched the concept with both technical insight and creative value. The result: a sensory brand experience with a custom sound sculpture as its centrepiece.
Design
Let it flow
Glass, light, and perfection. The design was all about layering and refinement. Over 460 glass panels were tested for reflection, shadow effects, and light diffusion. Combined with foil techniques, wooden structures, and invisible engineering, we created a stand that resembled an art installation more than conventional trade show booth design. Each solution required seamless collaboration between design, preparation, and construction. No standard approach, just what we do best.
Manage & Build
Turn on the waterworks
Then came the moment when the idea had to become real. Piece by piece, the architecture came together in Frankfurt. Glass was installed, technology connected, lighting fine-tuned and every detail brought into place. And suddenly, the movement of water wasn’t just a concept anymore. It was all around you. Logistical precision and teamwork. Working with glass demands logistical finesse. Each movement (from testing and foiling to transport and assembly) had to be precise. Meanwhile, we worked under tight deadlines, building everything live on-site.
