An exhibition stand built for impact at DRUPA 2024
Following their 2016 edition, Komori aimed to deliver an impressive brand experience at Drupa 2024, showcasing their innovations to a wide audience. The focus was on optimizing the visitor experience, offering an exclusive VIP treatment. The biggest challenge? Designing a stand layout that would allow Komori’s imposing machines to take center stage.

Design
Designed around the machine
An open and welcoming concept where Komori, together with its customers, broadens the potential of print. The banners above the stand showcased how the different disciplines intersect and how KP-connect acted as the connecting factor. The minimalist and innovative essence of this Japanese brand was reflected in the colors, transparency, and layered structures of the stand. The auditorium offered an immersive, informative experience for visitors, while the hospitality area, furnished with sustainable materials and greenery, provided the perfect setting for client conversations.
Manage & Build
Built beyond expectations
With 1,564 m² of space, the stand was an impressive structure with a complex composition. The installation, where Komori’s large printing machines took center stage, required nearly the full assembly time. Thanks to the seamless coordination between both teams, the setup was completed smoothly, despite the challenging construction involving suspended banners and raised flooring. A remarkable display of teamwork with a ‘Kando’ mentality!
“What pleasantly surprised us the most was Tausch’s approach to stand construction. It’s incredibly clean and super fast, and that really benefits our products as well.”
